You will join our Transformation Office

As our new Transformation Partner you will be part of our newly established Transformation Office, which drives and supports major transformation initiatives across Ramboll’s support functions with the aim of optimizing how we operate. Once fully established, the team will consist of two Transformation Partners, a Communications Lead, a Student Assistant and the Head of Transformation Office, who will all be based in our HQ in Copenhagen. We aim to build a team characterized by speed and agility, a desire to learn and challenge status quo combined with a genuine curiosity for how we can improve and deliver tangible and accelerated results, creating a reputation for being value-adding partners to the support functions.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Take a key role in developing Ramboll’s Transformation Office together with the rest of the team

  • Act as an advisor and partner to the support functions helping them drive their transformation efforts

  • Continuously challenge and further develop the transformation plans

  • Developing plans and roadmaps both for the Transformation Office and for the support functions

  • Support creation of stakeholder updates, memos, preparing decision-making materials

  • Drive and support global cross-functional projects


Your starting point for constant growth

From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:

  • 3-4 years of experience from a consultancy or corporate setting advising on or driving major transformation initiatives – preferably global

  • Strong project management skills driving projects with multiple work streams and high complexity

  • Ability to influence and manage without authority

  • A track record of being the trusted advisor at all levels of the organization

  • Proven stakeholder management skills – particularly at senior level

  • Keen understanding of support functions and how they operate

  • Experience driving change management efforts is a plus
