You will join our Portfolio & Change Management department
As our new Digital Learning Specialist you will be part of a Group function within Operational Excellence where our ambition is to implement holistic operational processes, systems and governance in Ramboll that enable efficient global collaboration toward client goals. We are a team that values diversity, collaboration and engagement, and we have a reputation as a great team to work in. We are on an ambitious journey to ensure that our global solutions are implemented well and see digital learning as a key enabler to adoption and operational engagement. You will play a key role in the team by defining how we work with digital learning, as well as shaping the future governance and setup for operational learning. It is a new role in the team, and it is a fixed-term contract for a duration of two years upon joining with good potential to turn it into a permanent position to further develop and be responsible for this area.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Drive digital learning content development with internal and external partners across Global functions and operations
- Market our digital learning content across Ramboll’s platforms and channels to ensure user uptake and awareness
- Further develop our functional learning strategy, roadmap and governance
- Ensure maintenance and continuous development of our digital learning portfolio
- Conduct annual training needs assessments with key stakeholders in the organization
- Contribute to the development of a cross-functional learning interface, incl. continual development and optimization
Your starting point for constant growth
From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:
- Minimum 3+ years of practice with producing learning modules and/or programmes, where you have honed your skills in developing learning experiences and instructional design
- Solid experience with creative project management and an ingrained focus on delivery
- Good knowledge around multimedia formats, e.g. in Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline
- Knowledge of implementation methods and change communication – you can build a visual storyline that the target audience can relate to
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English. Danish skills are a plus.
- Corporate experience from an international company is an advantage
- Relevant educational background at a Bachelor or Master’s level, e.g. Organizational Learning, Change Management, Communication, Innovation, Design
