We are looking for an experienced legal contract counsel with proven legal skills to work in an in-house function with dedicated legal and compliance employees. To succeed in this role, you must have a proactive attitude, experience with Danish and international legislation and be motivated by providing expert legal advice to our global procurement team.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Being responsible for advising our global procurement team on complex commercial global agreements including IT, SaaS and service agreements, and lead negotiations to a successful conclusion
- Being responsible for supporting the organisation with regulatory and contractual data protection compliance issues
- Ensure that sufficient terms are applied and that a robust contracting process is in place
- Ability to see through complex contracts, identify risk points and translate them into simple and effective contract and legal solutions
- Work with stakeholders at all levels in Ramboll to find commercially viable and legally sound solutions

- A Master Degree of Danish Law
- Minimum 4-6 years of post-graduate legal experience from a law firm within IT law, GDPR and general commercial legal work field
- Good track-record in contract negotiations as well as drafting and reviewing complicated commercial vendor contracts.
- Experience working with sourcing/procurement relationships and/or data privacy issues.
- Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate clearly across the global organization.
- Are methodical and thorough and have an ability to keep a clear mind in a busy and dynamic environment.
- Are able to prioritize tasks and manage several tasks at the same time.
- Ability to operate in a fast paced, agile working environment with quick turnaround times.
- Proficient in Danish and English - both in writing and orally
- Good communication skills and ability to navigate across functions in the organization. This includes the ability to explain complex legal points to business leaders with varying degrees of experience with legal matters; and to take business leaders’ concerns and demands into account when drafting and executing on legal strategies
