As our new Student Assistant, you will be part of an international team working out of Denmark, the UK and India. This means you will get a lot of experience with working virtually and will have access to tools and training to help you excel in the discipline. You will work with experienced process improvement experts on ensuring user focus, efficient global processes, and consistency in our digital support processes. The user experience area of our team, which you will be supporting, is new, so new tasks might develop, for example, helping with community or panel management

You will join our Service and Process Excellence Team
As our new Student Assistant, you will be part of an international team working out of Denmark, the UK and India. You will work with experienced process improvement experts on ensuring user focus, efficient global processes, and consistency in our digital support processes. The user experience area of our team, which you will be supporting, is new, so new tasks might develop, for example, helping with community or panel management
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Driving and supporting the gathering of user feedback and insights (qualitative and quantitative), e.g. in connection with improvement projects in our support functions
- Working with our development team to document requirements and test solutions, e.g. when we digitalise a support process
- Doing usability analysis on our internal support portal to identify potential improvements
- Creating support materials and training/demos in connection with the launch of new processes
- Preparing materials for workshops or presentations
Your starting point for constant growth

- You have completed your 1st year of your bachelor in e.g. service design, sociology or business innovation
- Theoretical and practical experience with qualitative methods and questionnaire design
- Practical experience with seeing patterns in complex data and translating it to tangible insights
- You have a passion for working with processes, people and tools
- Experience with documenting requirements for development and conducting usability testing is not required, but a plus
- You have great communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Danish is not required.
