As an AYS Agent you will be responsible for assisting with the arrival and departure experience of our guests, act on their needs during the stay and exceed their expectations.

You will need to ensure that each of our guests have a seamless, brilliant and memorable Marriott experience.

You will be reporting directly to the Reception Supervisor and you will be part of the Front Office team which is running the Front Desk, AYS, Guest Relation, Concierge
and Bell Service.

You will be responsible for running of the AYS along with training and motivating your colleagues as well as running shifts in the Front Office departments
when needed.

Opgaver

  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
  • Confirm reservations and cancellations.
  • Partner with and assist others to promote an environment of teamwork and achieve common goals
  • Contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Bell, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security) as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem.
  • Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly.
  • Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.
  • Accept and record wake-up call requests and deliver appropriately.
  • Support a departmental orientation program for employees to receive the appropriate new hire training to successfully perform their job.
  • Get room service orders by phone and upsell to enhance the guest F&B experience.

We expect that you have experience from the industry, preferably from reception and booking, and that you have the ability to keep an overview in busy situations.

Presence and precision characterize your work, so you can help create a good experience for our guests.

The working hours are primarily during the day and being a 24/7 business, we expect that you have the flexibility of working every day of the week as well as bank holidays.
