We are on an ambitious journey to develop and implement global solutions in a coordinated manner that continuously engages the global operations who are our ultimate clients.</p><p>Your key tasks and responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Drive global communication using tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Yammer.</li><li>Produce graphic designs and content for communication efforts.</li><li>Conceptualize and create learning and communication materials.</li><li>Collect insights through user interviews and research, including surveys.</li><li>Support engagement processes with key decision-makers, including developing professional meeting presentations, conducting data analysis, and assisting in the preparation of project meetings and workshops.</li><li>Support team communication and assist project managers with daily tasks.</li><li>Handle ad hoc administrative tasks for day-to-day operations and specific events.</li></ul><p><strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong></p><p>From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:</p><ul><li>Flair for graphic design, with a keen eye for detail and presentation.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, as well as basic to advanced experience with HTML, CSS, or Adobe CC programs.</li><li>Ideally, some experience in one or more of the following areas: change management, transformation, digital learning, user experience, innovation, and design methods.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (Danish skills not required).</li><li>Availability to work an average of 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate exam periods.</li><li>Enrolled in the final year of a bachelor's or academy profession (AP) degree program, studying in fields such as Design, Communications, IT, or Business Administration.</li></ul><p>Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: being systematic and proactive in executing your tasks, being a strong team player who can collaborate well across both organisational and cultural borders.
