Join Group Business Integrity, Cyber and Information Security & Compliance as our new Global Speak Up Associate and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.</p><p><strong>Your new role</strong></p><p>As our new Global Speak Up Associate, you will report to our Senior Global Speak Up Manager and be part of a diverse and dedicated team who enjoys working together. We share a commitment and passion for supporting our business across the world.</p><p><strong>Your key responsibilities will be:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensuring effective case management, incl. creating cases in case management system, receipt of concerns, etc.</li><li>Handling invoices  </li><li>Preparing and delivering detailed reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders</li><li>Maintaining data accuracy and integrity across all Speak Up case records</li><li>Continuously improving data handling practices and reporting methodologies</li><li>Contributing to the development of our internal procedures and toolbox for handling of Speak Up cases</li></ul><p><strong>Your new team</strong></p><p>You will be collaborating with a dynamic group of professionals dedicated to support a healthy Speak Up culture for Ramboll employees all around the world. You will play a key role in ensuring that Ramboll adheres to its Speak-Up policies.
