As a Site Manager at a pharma company in Copenhagen, you'll lead the way in ensuring our facilities run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading efforts to exceed contractual expectations and foster collaborative behavior.
- Promptly resolving issues to maintain a safe, compliant environment.
- Driving business improvement initiatives while upholding service quality standards.
- Coordinating with central teams to standardize processes and implement innovations.
- Cultivating client relationships, leading teams, and introducing best practices.
- Monitoring KPIs, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring QSHE compliance.
- Exceeding employee engagement targets and delivering exceptional value to clients.
- Budget & reporting responsibility for the site
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Demonstrated experience in site management and P&L accountability.
- Exceptional client relationship skills and commercial acumen.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ideally, qualifications in facilities or technical fields.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical or large-scale FM contracts is advantageous.
