On behalf of our customer Villa Copenhagen, we are now looking for a Hotel Manager.

Responsibilities
The Hotel Manager reports to Villa Copenhagen’s General Manager and is an integral part of our senior leadership team - EXCOM
Housekeeping, Front office, Reservations and Event planning are all reporting directly to the Hotel Manager

- Commercial savvy and a keen interest in the future tech needed in our industry

- Maintain and improve our guest journey at all times
- Meet and beat performance targets while enhancing our culture, working environment, engagement, guest satisfaction and commercial performance
- Train, nurture and develop talents across Villa Copenhagen
- Ensure the great working environment and co-work between departments across the hotel
- Creating new guest experiences and branding opportunities
- Key player in Villa’s ESG work and its agenda
- Occasionally stand in for GM
