As our new BI Consultant you will be responsible for supporting a number of specialist business units with your primary focus on Group Operations and Supply Chain, while also getting involved in other projects and workstreams that will cut across the Pandora business landscape. You will have a deep knowledge in 1-2 business verticals, but also have a desire to expand outside of your specialist areas and cross-collaborate across the wider business & data landscape.
Your main areas of responsibility will be to:
- Closely engage with Group Operations and Supply Chain to ensure that the BI Consulting team & roadmap are aligned to business requirements
- Lead in the analysis of data, working to improve accuracy, speed of delivery and effectiveness through changes and implementations of processes, systems and more
- Drive the agenda of taking BI and analytics solutions within Group Operations to the next level
- Support the continuous improvement and development of:
- BI Consulting Collaboration and Governance
- Visualizing reporting on Pandora One Stop Shop
- Becoming a trusted business partner and provide ongoing consultant value to projects & work streams
- Delivering Business Impact Stories and Data Trust Accuracy
Understanding of and a strong interest in data and data modelling
You might be the person we are looking for, if you are able to work independently with a curious mindset, while also being a team player able to prioritize activities and requests effectively. Moreover, you need to possess a strong analytical skill set with a clear business impact focus. The ability to influence and implement change in different environments along with contributing with the right people engagement skills are important. You are not afraid of challenging status quo to deliver insightful findings that will give new perspectives and inspire colleagues.
In addition we imagine that you have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a BI/Analytics/Consulting area
- Experience working with the business areas Supply Chain, Operations and/or Planning
- A demonstrated ability to collaborate across business units and build trust & confidence in data driven decision making
- Worked with PowerBI, QlikSense, Tableau or similar visualisation tools
- Ability to quickly translate and map business strategy into an information strategy with a focus on reporting & analytics
- The ability to speak the language of analytics to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience within below business areas is an advantage:
- Building out training programs for launch of services
- Microsoft AX ERP
- Working with agile development processes
- Working in a data rich company
- Tech, FMCG or Retail business
