We are looking for an experienced real estate or facility management profile to lead the Workplace Solutions team, in Workplace Management Denmark, whose primary responsibility is to drive changes in our HQ and branch portfolio, in close collaboration with business stakeholders. About this opportunity
As Team lead of Workplace Solutions, you will join the leadership team in Workplace Management DK. Together with our great people, we have ownership of all physical buildings and related services, and we have a strong belief that we can use these to strengthen customer- and employee experience and effectiveness. The focus of the Workplace Solutions team is to ensure that our buildings and equipment are well driven and value adding, for our customers and colleagues.
What you primarily will be doing:
- Leading and developing the Workplace Solutions team, that consist of 7 highly skilled specialists, with at diverse set of skills and backgrounds.
- Assure a high-performing team and an environment where the team members excel and thrive.
- Developing the people by setting ambitious targets, following up, and being supportive in reaching them.
- Translating strategic targets into tangible targets and initiatives.
- In collaboration with the team:
- Deliver on business targets, including creating and managing budgets.
- Ensure that project portfolio, both within HQ’s and branches, are aligned with Workplace Management and business priorities.
- Ensure that building portfolio are continuously aligned with, and adapted to, business- and customer needs.
- Ensure that projects and initiatives are executed as planned, and that targets are met.
- Continuously adjust and improve processes to improve operational efficiency.
- As part of the management team in Workplace Management DK, you will also have the possibility to:
- Influence the overall direction and priorities of Workplace Management Denmark and Group Workplace Management.
- Participate in, and drive, Nordic and global initiatives across the full portfolio.
The role is based in the Greater Copenhagen area, but some domestic travelling, to visit branches and regional offices, must be expected from time to time.

Your profile and background:
- Leadership experience within the real estate or facility management working field, so that you are familiar with the basic mechanisms, and needs, of a Workplace Management unit.
- Business skills within real estate such as, lease contracts, portfolio- planning and analysis, capital projects etc. are preferred.
- Basic understanding of technical installations, building materials and building geometry.
- Experience with leading people and a passion for modern leadership, where you use your strong intra-personal skills.
- Great network and stakeholder management skills, that you use to build close collaborations with partners within and outside the organization.
- Strong presentation and writing skills, in both Danish and English, that you have used to create sharp decision-making material.
- You are accustomed to working with numbers and data and analyzing these for decision making.
- Make it happen attitude – You must always be ready to do what is needed to get things moving.
