As the Lead of Fraud Management, you will define, structure and manage the core processes, programs, initiatives across Saxo Group. This role will lead engagement and partnership with our lines of business, senior management, and key operational business and functional stakeholders, including Security, Operations, Client Service, Marketing, Analytics, Legal, Compliance, Product and Technology. You will build and manage the day-to-day operational activities of the Client Fraud function and provide visibility, management and leadership across team functions to drive value for our clients and our business.
Furthermore you will:
- Define and manage the Client Fraud operating model at Saxo Group, including creating, documenting, socializing and maintaining core processes and stakeholder engagement across the fraud lifecycle.
- Define and monitor key strategic and operational metrics for Fraud cases and lead execution and focus to continually prioritize and deliver on our metrics goals and targets.
- Drive a continuous process of fraud threat assessment and scenario planning in order to align executive stakeholders on the strategy, investments and operational capacity required to drive client trust and safety, as a key competitive differentiator.
- Partner with business stakeholders to truly understand what and how the company runs and proactively identify areas where fraud and risk tools and processes can improve our clients trust and safety, minimize our business risk, and drive business value and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Client Services, Legal and Compliance groups to drive investigation across our client-facing processes and fraud management lifecycle.
This role will be part of our Global Information and Cyber Security department. You will report directly to the groups CISO.
Your profile
- Passion and drive to fight fraud and protect clients, the business and the ecosystem from criminal activity
- Deep domain expertise in the fraud domain, with extensive knowledge of identity and payment fraud methods, and tools and processes for prevention, detection and fraud operations
- Experience with fraud schemes and threat analysis, in trading and investment services
- Extensive and demonstrated experience with leading and building fraud teams and processes across the fraud & risk management lifecycle
- Highly organized and process driven, with a focus on operational excellence and building organizations for efficiency and scalability
- Open-minded and passionate about learning
