You will be an important part of the Subscriptions & Loyalty team in our Customer Success department and you will own and execute strategic projects that deliver additional value to our subscribers, ultimately increasing retention and loyalty and supporting the competitiveness and differentiation of the 3Shape offeringYour tasks will include…
  • Detailing and executing already scoped projects, including improving the engagement strategy and training concept already part of our core subscriptions.
  • Identifying, scoping, and prioritizing new initiatives to add further value to our subscription offerings, ensuring that we constantly improve our subscribers’ experience.
  • Work in close collaboration with the product manager for subscriptions and the owner of our community platform, to ensure initiatives are integrated into the product and platform roadmaps and business requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our marketing automation team and commercial excellence teams to develop the right automation and retention journeys, and to understand data and drive improvements, adjustments, and new ideas.
  • Work with our regions to ensure a locally relevant and differentiated member experience within the constraints of the product strategy and direction
  • Ensuring stakeholders alignment across the company to ensure priorities are known and accounted for across departments and functions
  • Provide content and input for developing of marketing material, press releases, and other assets that drive brand awareness and new sales.
    • Your qualifications probably fit this bill…
  • You are a commercially minded profile with 2-4 years or experience - perhaps you have previously worked with building loyalty concepts, learning experiences, membership organizations, or commercial excellence
  • · You have a strategic mindset, and the drive to independently suggest and initiate projects and tactics that support the customer experience, our growth, and overall strategic direction of 3Shape
  • ·Collecting user research and feedback is a natural part of the way you work, and you are excited about analyzing the inputs, defining user needs and aspirations, and build strategies, tactics, and roadmaps based on them
  • You are familiar with digital engagement strategies and the marketing tech stack, and understand the possibilities of marketing automation, SoMe, online communities, and data analysis
  • You are motivated and creative about the possibilities of combining physical and digital channels and products to complement one another and create value, delight , positive surprise and loyalty from our customers.
  • You have experience navigating a global organization and you are a talented and structured communicator with the ability to bring all stakeholders on board to get buy in on the direction
  • Fluency in English, verbal and written is a given. Additional major languages will be an advantage
