AML Change Analyst – Luxembourg or Copenhagen

To support that and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire a highly skilled Change Analyst, who is able to reinforce our AML Change Management team with the implementation of needed changes to business processes and procedures and systems as part of the ongoing process optimization, also when we enter new markets, launching of new products or new regulations enter into force. You will be reporting to the Head of Change Management and be a part of our growing AML function, which supports the sister teams KYC, Transaction Monitoring and Sanction Screening but also work closely with other teams such as Products, Engineering and Advanced Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Run change initiatives and projects
- Work on process, system and tool improvements and automatization of same
- Analyze changes in connection with for example new products and markets and support implementation
- Keep track of regulatory updates and perform gap analysis
- Support on the monthly reporting to internal governance bodies and the general team governance within Business AML
Skills & Qualifications
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to hold a bachelor’s degree within Economics, organizational, IT or other relevant education and have a demonstrated capability from an applicable role where you preferably have experience within AML and Payment/Fintech. Furthermore, AML, change or project related certification is considered a plus.
You have a hands-on attitude and an analytical way of working with figures and statistical data and are good at creating documentation and presentations of data and information. You should be familiar with running projects and confidently manage initiatives throughout the project lifecycle. In addition, it is expected that you are confident working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
As a person, you are a true team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others, while you also thrive with responsibility and independent work. You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and are capable of mapping complex information into a manageable format. Flexibility and adaptability are important in this role and it is expected that you contain these qualities while also having a proactive attitude towards project assignments.
As Banking Circle is an international company it´s a requirement, that you are fluent in English both verbally and in writing. If you master other relevant languages it will be an asset.
The position will be based at Banking Circles Office in Copenhagen or the headquarter in Luxembourg.
