Drive and advise on the strategic pricing and value management aspect of projects, and be a trusted advisor to executive management
Basically, your job is to ensure that we have the right offerings at the right price with the right discounting policies. With focus on end customer value, how can we bundle and price our products with maximum impact while also understanding the dynamics of our two-tier sales channel? Your job will be to drive or advise on recommendations towards our Price Council answering this question. Your primary tasks will be to:
• Plan and work hands-on with strategically and tactically important projects in the pricing and value management area
• Advise on the pricing and value management aspects in key strategic projects worked on in cross-functional teams
• Drive and contribute to solution design, brainstorming and to the development of concepts for pricing and monetization methods
• Test concepts with internal and external stakeholders and gather feedback
• Do Excel modelling to assess the financial impact of different pricing scenarios
• Create presentations with clear cut recommendations for top management, or advise other project teams on their presentations as a key stakeholder
Analytic and energetic business profile that can make things happen
We see you as someone that thrives on navigating in a complex and fast-moving setting with many stakeholders. You must be able to analyze information from multiple data sources and turn it into holistic and fact-based recommendations. You are equally comfortable with making your voice heard in brainstorming sessions, and ensuring others are heard as well, as you are with working independently for the common goal. Additionally, you have a “roll-up-your-sleeves attitude” and you are comfortable with making decisions on your own to continuously drive things forward. You also have a pragmatic attitude, with an open mindset accepting that there are different ways to solve the same problem. Your experiences likely include:
• A Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration or related
• Minimum 5 years of experience from working with complex business problems, e.g. as a management or business consultant, business analyst, business developer, commercial product manager or similar
• Preferably some strategic pricing and value management experience, although it is not a requirement
• Experience from working with international tech companies
• Preferably some experience from the video technology software and/or security industry, although it is not a requirement

You will join four highly motivated colleagues in the Value Maximization (VMAX) team at the Milestone HQ in Brøndby, Copenhagen. The team’s focus is to bridge the perspectives of Products, Sales, Finance and Legal in order to create solutions that maximizes long term sustainable growth.
