We are looking for a collaborative impact maker for the role as Unified Commerce Specialist to join the Digital Development team.

YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU
You will be in the center of the action where the technology meets business. Working closely with the platform owner, external development teams and business departments helping to make sure that operations run smoothly on our Unified Commerce Platform (Point Of Sales, Order Management, middle layer).
You will own the Unified Commerce Platform backlog’s that contains incident, bugs and optimization task. In order to be successful, you will quickly establish excellent relations with your stakeholders and by clear communication and facilitation of backlog grooming you make sure that the Unified Backlog is always up to date with priorities and status.
You will be responsible for operations support to other departments ensuring that the platform runs smoothly and take lead on maintenance (refactoring and version maintenance and address and resolve bugs.
You will also play a part of gather, analyze translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate that to external developers. Your expertise and engagement will be crucial for GANNI’s success in on optimize the platform to reach our Omnichannel plans and improved Retail experience.
YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU
- Responsible for handling all incidents, bugs, maintenance and optimization tasks on the Unified Commerce Platform.
- Responsible and securing that the backlog is always prioritized and up-to-date for business stakeholders and external developers.
- Operational responsibility for issues and proactively secure that changes are done to ensure a smooth operation on the platform.
- Responsible for analyzing and debugging incidents.
- Secure quality in the solutions by making sure that business requirements are clearly documented.
- Secure quality in the solutions by making sure they are well tested by the business owners .
- Keeping an updated view on the pipeline’s capacity and planning accordingly.
- Making sure that changes are tested and deployed to the production environment.
- Establish a close collaboration across business departments such as Retail, Customer Service, eCom, Marketing and Finance.
- Establish a good relationship with external vendors to ensure efficiency and quality in development.
- Responsible for documentation of rules, features and configurations and making how-to-guides on our Confluence site.
- Play an important part of further optimizing our current processes and ways of working.
TO HACK THE SYSTEM, YOU MUST ...
- Have a degree within Business and/or Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience of working with maintenance and development of a system or/and platform.
- Experience of managing stakeholders from different departments.
- Experience of agile methodology.
- Experience of roles that required great communication.
- Ability to gather, analyze and understand customer and business needs.
- Experience with documentation of features, processes and rules.
- Experience with test planning and execution.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Business Processes within Direct To Consumer sales.
- Fluent in English, oral and written.
