About Digital Risk & Compliance
We partner up with our clients to help them transform their businesses. We work with risk & compliance cross-industry but currently having a high focus on the Financial Services industry where the regulatory change agenda and end customer demands results in an extensive change agenda. We are now growing and wish to increase our team of highly engaged personnel in the areas of:
- Regulatory change
- Fraud
- AML/Financial Crime
- Cyber & Op Risk Management
- Risk Analytics & Advisory

Skill Requirements
- You have experience in project or consulting type of work in roles connected to Risk & Compliance topics
(a). A minimum of 2 years for Consultants
(b). A minimum of 5 years for Managers
- You are used to collaborating in diverse project teams on the Risk & Compliance agenda and can work creatively in a problem-solving environment - both to support your clients but also to build the internal consultancy skills and practice.
- In your area(s) of skills and experience, you can demonstrate relevant delivery experience also leveraging frameworks and new ways of working for client value creation.
- You are comfortable with written and oral presentations in both English and at least one of the Nordic languages, conducting interviews, facilitating workshops and presenting analysis findings and recommendations to our client’s leadership teams.
- You are able to identify and pursue new business opportunities in cooperation with other persons, and lead and contribute to proposal work to build a pipeline of relevant client work within the area of risk and compliance.
- You have a Master’s degree in a relevant field, e.g. Business or Engineering.
- You are flexible and can meet Accenture and Client travel requirements.
