As our new Training Coordinator you will work at our multiproduct facility in Copenhagen and play a central role in ensuring effective training for our manufacturing employees.
What will you do?
Together with the training department, team leads and other key stakeholders, you will manage, develop and optimize the training systems and documentation for the growing number of employees in our manufacturing teams.
AGC Copenhagen continues to expand, not only in the number of employees in Copenhagen, but also with our new facility, due for completion in 2023. As the Training Coordinator you will ensure that our training systems, standards and approach to training can support this growth, the needs of the business and the needs of our manufacturing employees. In addition to administrative support, your focus areas will be on optimizing training documentation, develop innovative training material, training projects and improving the current structure and work flows.
Our new Training Coordinator will also play an active role in a major transformational training and on-boarding program, changing the way we train and develop our manufacturing employees.
Therefore, it is crucial that you are curious, have a structured mindset, enjoy improving systems and standards. Your day will be characterized by several routine administrative and operational tasks, however, no two days are the same, therefore you need to be ready and willing to roll up your sleeves and help your colleagues with training and on boarding related requests.
As the Training Coordinator you will;
- Ensure correct completion of training documentation in accordance with GMP legislation and requirements, update training matrices, systems and create monthly compliance reports.
- Regular and adhoc administrative and archiving tasks.
- Create and edit engaging training material, videos and manage eLearning platforms.
- Collaborate closely with team leads to identify and execute new training requirements.
- Be the main point of contact and provide professional timely services to our manufacturing employees, in person and via email. Providing a systematic approach to problem solving.
- Improve, align and structure the content of our training systems, SOP training plans and documentation etc.
- Plan and coordinate training activities together with key stakeholders.
- In collaboration with SMEs; write and update training material.
- Participate in regulatory inspections, audits and investigations.
What do you need to succeed in this role?
- We imagine that you hold relevant experience and have previously worked in a similar position as a Training Coordinator or Learning Administrator for at least 5 years, preferably from within a GMP and Manufacturing environment.
- You know Office 365 features by heart and you have experience in developing eye catching and engaging e-learning content (e.g. using Articulate 360, video recording and editing software etc.).
- You have an independent, yet team-oriented and service minded approach. You tackle tasks with energy, curiosity and a positive attitude.
- You thrive when working with in high paced and energetic environment, and do so with a smile.
- It is of utmost importance that you have a proactive personality, with a pragmatic attitude and approach to the daily work - without compromising quality. The environment is dynamic and challenging, which requires the ability to find solutions and deliver on time.
- Professional and effective communication skills in English, verbal as well as written. Danish is not a pre-requisite, but is definitely a bonus.
