We are looking for a HR Operations & Analytics Specialist who is passionate about systems and delivering a good service and support to our HR colleagues, employees and managers in HQ & Denmark. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, good with following processes, and would like to work with systems as well as great colleagues, then you are the ideal candidate for the role.

About the HR Department

The HR Department in Copenhagen consists of 30 dedicated and professional colleagues with different backgrounds and nationalities. We deliver HR services in a global non-governmental organization, who works with refugees and displaced worldwide. The HR department is divided into four teams: HR Operations & Analytics, HR Partnering & Recruitment, HR Development & Engagement and HR HQ & Denmark. You will be part of the HR Operations & Analytics team together with 5 other colleagues.

About the job

You will be joining a well-functioning team, where mutual respect, professionalism and the good service has never been compromised. We deliver a number of tasks related to employment contracts, extensions, system related tasks, and HR analytics tasks. You will be having a geographical responsibility and deliver services related to contracts, extensions, and the ERP System. Furthermore, you will be supporting the HR Partners in the HQ & Denmark team with different technical tasks.

Your specific tasks will be to:

  • Responsible for contract management and HR operational process in HQ & Denmark
  • Focal point for HQ & Denmark for all HR related functions on Microsoft Dynamics, our ERP system
  • Delivering of number of tasks agreed with the HR partners, such as reports, forms, and templates
  • Responsible for updating the intranet page regarding operational support for HR HQ & Denmark
  • Support with onboarding new employees and solve tasks related to work permits
  • Maintain confidential, accurate and up to date records of all staff based in HQ & Denmark across all platforms. Improve and streamline work processes in different areas, especially when there is a new policy and when projects are launched
  • Supporting the HR partners and HR management in different projects and activities

About you

To be successful in this role we expect you to be proactive, approachable, and always ready to assist your colleagues in HR and outside of HR. You have great interest in how technology can be used efficiently to improve HR processes in our organisation. You are reliable and able to finish you tasks on time and with high precision.

Moreover, we also expect the following:

  • 1-3 years of experience providing client-focused HR support, preferably in an international company or organization;
  • Proven record in working with systems. Working with Microsoft ERP solution is an advantage;
  • Solid understanding of HR contract processes;
  • Solid understanding and usage of Excel;
  • Focus on quality assurance and control;
  • Solid communication skills in Danish and English, both oral and written. Danish is a must for this role;
  • Able to prioritize, work independently while being an active team player

We offer

Contract length: The position is until November 2023 as it is a maternity cover.

Workplace: Borgergade 10, Central Copenhagen

Start date: 1 November 2022

Working hours: 32 or 37 hours. We are flexible!

Salary and conditions will be in accordance with the union agreement between DRC and AC. The position is on “fuldmægtig” level. This is a national position for which local terms and conditions apply. Please note that you need to have the right to work in Denmark (through nationality or existing work visa).
