Drive the global implementation of our Responsible Technology program
We want Responsible Technology to be part of the company DNA. Every employee must have this as a natural part of thinking in their daily work, no matter if the task is product development, marketing, business support or sales.

Your job is to drive the implementation of our Responsible Technology Program forward, and you will do it with a solid mandate from the executive management team. Your primary tasks will be to:

• Help define and establish the program’s governance to ensure decentralized
ownership – to-gether with the Director of Corporate Affairs
• Help define the right skills sets needed in various project teams to support the
Responsible Technology Program
• Facilitate and support pilot projects and use the knowledge gained to optimize
the program
• Ensure logical and efficient dependencies and interfaces between projects
• Manage and report on project progress, plan sprints, and regular reviews
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential risks throughout the implementation
• Prepare presentations for department meetings, leadership meetings etc.

Your new workplace is the Milestone HQ in Brøndby, Copenhagen. This will also be your starting point for the implementation of the program. Here you will join a small team counting a Public Affairs Specialist, a student worker and the Director of Corporate Affairs in a friendly and social environment and a hybrid workplace setup with plenty of flexibility.

5+ years’ experience within project/program management in an international organization
We are looking for a new colleague who knows how to navigate in a complex organizational setup with multiple (strong) stakeholders. You can do so, because you come with a humble, yet respectful and firm approach. This is backed by your ability to learn, “read a room”, and your well-honed communication skills that enable you to get your messages across, so it makes sense to key stakeholders regardless of geography and cultural background.

You are a dedicated and team-oriented professional who inspires people, delegates ownership, and has a hands-on and a ‘get things done’ approach. You will also need to thrive on making decisions without knowing everything and be able to raise the flag in due time, for example if you anticipate problems in reaching a deadline. Additionally, we expect you have:

• A university degree in business administration, political science or similar
• At least 5 years’ experience within project/program management in international
organizations
• Experience as change agent – knowledge of how to handle organizational inertia
• An interest in technology and the digitalization of society, incl. the advantages
and dilemmas it brings
• Excellent English skills, written and spoken (Danish language skills are not required)
