PostNord Worldwide Connect is being formed to address a significant business opportunity by helping shippers from around the world export their merchandise to the Nordic countries. We have not been able to exploit this opportunity with our current organization setup, and we believe creating a team dedicated towards the international opportunity will bridge the gap to win more international business.
It is all about growth. This means that PostNord Worldwide Connect over the next 3-4 years is expected to achieve an annual impact for PostNord of more than SEK 2.5 billion revenue. The task is building our market presence beyond our home markets, bringing Nordic consumers closer to the rest of the world.
This will be achieved through empowering our own- and partner sales channels, and this small team of dedicated professionals will in many ways become a speedboat of change, helping PostNord achieve its growth ambitions.

Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Implementation Specialist to help onboarding new customers. In this role, commercial awareness, and a keen eye for reading the interests of the customer and building relationships is crucial. You have an eye for optimization and thinks out of the box and since you will be working with a broad range of stakeholders, you move with ease between strategic, tactical, and operational subjects.
Role Background
We are a new unit under PostNord, and our purpose is to help shippers from around the world export their merchandise to the Nordic countries.

Responsibilities & Duties
The position is to define and lead the methodology for onboarding new customers and additional solutions with existing customers. You define, develop, and deploy the (digital) tools required to ensure frictionless onboarding and go-live of new customers and additional services for existing customers.
Besides that, you also contribute to knowledge sharing with a community of the national implementation functions and continuous improvement of the implementation process. In this role you will validate the material from the rest of the team in order to check if it outlines what is to be implemented and to clarify any open questions.
Another part is to draw up an implementation plan and timeline and validate with the customer and PostNord stakeholders that they can meet their respective deliveries.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Way of Working – making sure the customer is conversant in the way of working with PostNord, and with the right contacts and communication matrices enabling them to deliver value within their organization as soon as possible.
- Implementation – aligning all stakeholders around the end-to-end solution, start date, etc., and its implications for transports, slot times, etc., ensuring that all elements are both well-understood and prepared by the different parts of the organization (with a full checklist and tests – ahead of go-live).
- Data integration supporting the sold solution – connecting the PostNord and customer systems/platforms for exchange of data and control points, including the triggering of consumer and customer notifications.
- Hyper-care – parcel level monitoring of the flows injected during the first 30 days, ensuring the process works from EDI/API to paid invoice.
Requirements/ Qualifications
Education:
- Educational background is not of importance as long as you have experience within implementation and onboarding of customers
General requirement:
- Familiar with CRM practices, standard tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Salesforce
- Fluent in spoken & written English
- Fluency in German and a Scandinavian language is an added benefit
- Ability to deliver on time sensitive initiatives and tasks, respecting other people’s time
- Fit to travel in- and outside the Nordics, with a proven track record of travelling
- Holds a valid passport and driver’s license

Depending on education and experience, the employment takes place in accordance with the AC agreement or the Industry Employees' Agreement as well as local agreements in Post Danmark regarding HK / Post & Kommunikation.
