About the Job:
In the newly established position you will, as our People & Culture Lead, play a central role in developing and executing effective processes for hiring and onboarding new team members. This position requires close collaboration with line managers to understand their team growth needs and to establish standardized recruitment and onboarding practices across the company. You will be an integrated part of the Group HR function as well as leverage on group services, functions, and tools.
Furthermore, you will cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace by championing company values and integrating them into daily operations, cater for employee well-being and work-life balance to foster a resilient company culture and lastly drive people performance through effective performance management and fostering continuous individual and team growth.
You will report to VP Finance & Operations in Connected Cars with a dotted reporting line into Group HR administration to ensure group alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hiring and Onboarding (main focus):
- Develop and execute a hiring strategy for 25-30 new team members in the next 15 months, optimizing processes, managing job postings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and utilizing HR tools. Additionally, implement effective onboarding programs, organize social activities, generate employment contracts, and maintain people data in SuccesFactors for seamless integration into the Connected Cars culture.
- Create Resilient Company Culture:
- Lead and champion initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and resilient company culture, collaborating with management to align values with daily operations and implementing strategies to enhance employee well-being and satisfaction, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
- People Performance and Growth:
- Collaborate with management to establish performance management systems, design workforce training programs, and create personalized development plans to cultivate a high-performance culture at Connected Cars.
Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
- Process mindset, that drives you to define, document, operate and improve processes to fuel your own and the team’s efficiency.
- Skilled in developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company’s objectives.
- Proven track record in HR management, ideally in a fast-paced, scaling SaaS or tech environment.
- Proficient in SW HR, process management, planning and similar.
- Proficient in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
