Our Team & Mission
The Global Channel team, part of the Revenue organization at Milestone, aims to develop and deliver essential partner program capabilities that unlock Milestone’s full growth potential. We do this by translating organizational strategy into the right program direction, rewarding our committed partners, designing effective and efficient processes, and using data-driven insights for decision making within our team and with global stakeholders.
Our efforts drive one of Milestone’s key strategic objectives: working closely with our vast partner ecosystem to create value for our end customers, resulting in mutual growth opportunities for both Milestone and our partners. This means that Milestone utilizes a 2-tier channel of distributors and resellers to bring our products to market, collaborates with technology partners to expand and enhance the product offerings around our core product (XProtect), and fosters strategic relationships with Global Partners and Original Equipment Manufacturers to actively explore and develop new markets.

Joining the Global Channel team means working with sales and technology experts in an international setting. The strategic initiatives we implement and the operations we manage contribute directly to Milestone’s growth. This is part of Milestone’s transformation journey to become a global leader in data-driven Video Technology Software in and beyond security. Your responsibilities that contribute to this journey will include:
  • Supporting one or more of our partner programs by researching and developing data-driven recommendations that help answer key commercial or program strategy questions
  • Preparing and presenting quantitative and qualitative analyses to our team and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Planning and managing projects under an environment of change, which requires delivering quality outcomes and effectively collaborating with cross-functional and global stakeholders
  • Actively participating in our team meetings and workshops
  • Taking on ad-hoc tasks that allow you to explore new areas of business

  • Supporting one or more of our partner programs by researching and developing data-driven recommendations that help answer key commercial or program strategy questions

  • 20 hours of work per week, with presence in the office required at least once per week (on average)
  • English proficiency
  • You are in the last year of your Bachelor’s or starting your Master's program; ideally studying Business Administration or equivalent (preference for 2 years left in master's program)
  • Familiar with Excel & PowerPoint
  • Salesforce experience, Data analysis capabilities a plus (SQL, PowerBI)

  • 20 hours of work per week, with presence in the office required at least once per week (on average)
    English proficiency
    You are in the last year of your Bachelor’s or starting your Master's program; ideally studying Business Administration or equivalent (preference for 2 years left in master's program)
