We are looking for a self-driven Enterprise Manager to manage and follow up on the planning and execution of the railway technical [xxxxx]cipline on a project we are assisting one of our clients with. The right candidate will ideally be based in Jutland or on Zealand in Denmark, but we can also consider candidates based in Poland willing to travel.

Key Responsibilities: As an Enterprise Manager on our traction power team, you’ll be instrumental in fostering collaboration and ensuring project success. Your role will involve:

  • Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of traction power tasks, collaborating closely with project management to drive progress and meet objectives.
  • Resource Management: Manage personnel and equipment effectively, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold stringent quality standards, conducting regular assessments and implementing corrective measures to ensure excellence in project delivery.
  • Team Development: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where team members thrive, contributing their best and achieving remarkable results.

Requirements: We’re looking for individuals with:

  • Qualifications: An engineering or construction-related degree, complemented by industry-specific experience in traction power.
  • Experience: Proven track record in project management, particularly in traction power projects, with a keen understanding of industry best practices and regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders and cultivate successful, cohesive teams.
  • Decision-Making: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, capable of navigating complex challenges and driving strategic initiatives forward.
