Are you adept at managing complex projects and securing meaningful results across a diverse stakeholder landscape? offers a unique opportunity for an experienced, strategically minded, and inventive Reimbursement Manager at its headquarters in the center of Copenhagen. In this role, you will establish and coordinate a new focus area within ’s commercial organization, focusing on developing and implementing reimbursement strategies for international growth. Your responsibilities will include developing reimbursement strategies for various markets, managing cross-functional and external collaborations, supporting evidence generation, and ensuring effective delivery. Being a new focus area for the company, you will be instrumental in establishing and shaping how we work with Reimbursement as a topic on our continued growth journey.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Strategic Roadmap Development: Scope reimbursement pathways, timelines and plans, resource needs, and probability of success for target geographies and solutions. Prioritization / Decision Making: Develop and present scoped-out business cases, plans, and recommendations to senior leadership to enable informed decision-making. External Collaboration: Engage with external consultancies and experts (CROs, HTA agencies, etc.) to validate strategies and carry out roadmaps in prioritized geographies. Roadmap Execution: Manage reimbursement process execution, securing reimbursement for various procedures using products, including coding, coverage, and payment. Evidence Strategy Development: Define evidence strategy and coordinate clinical and economic evidence generation in collaboration with internal clinical research teams. Value Proposition Creation: Contribute to creating compelling value propositions for new and existing products/solutions. Core Attributes: Strategic Planning: Ability to develop comprehensive end-to-end reimbursement strategies for multiple geographies. Enable Informed Decision Making: Ability to develop holistic assessments to facilitate informed prioritization and decision-making within the reimbursement opportunity space. Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of reimbursement systems, HTA processes, and evidence generation strategies. Project Management and Execution: Experience with managing and carrying out multi-stakeholder projects. Pragmatic Execution Mindset: A diligent person with a pragmatic approach to make fast progress within a new focus area for . Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled at interpersonal and negotiation tasks with internal teams and external partners. Language: High standard of written and spoken English is required. Fluency in other major global languages can be beneficial. Ideal Background: Experience: 4-6 years of experience working in market access, reimbursement, or health economics within the field of medical devices or healthcare. Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding and practical experience with payer systems, HTA processes, and evidence generation. Project Management: Ability to run projects, manage external partners, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Track Record: Direct experience in planning and managing reimbursement processes across various geographies. Education: Advanced degree within healthcare, life sciences, business adm., health economics, or medical technology is considered a benefit.
