As part of this transformation, we are looking for a temporary Global Media Associate for our headquarter media team, that can be an important part of our daily campaign activities through digital campaign optimizations as well as media planning & buying. We’re looking for a candidate that are passionate about media buying and that are ready to take on a steep learning curve and develop your competences within online & offline media planning & buying. The media team consisting of 11 competent colleagues will of course give you all training needed to fulfill your role & responsibilities. You will get experience within all different areas of media planning & buying; display, paid social, paid search, high impact formats, video, TV, radio, print, affiliate, native, etc. depending on your motivation & the needs of the team.
Role and responsibilities
About you
You are newly graduated or are at the beginning of your marketing career. Experience with digital marketing engines like Google and Meta or experience from a media agency would be a significant advantage. You are a curious and passionate individual with people skills, and you are prepared for a steep learning curve and a varied workday. You have a structured approach to completing tasks while ensuring quality in your deliveries and are proficient in English, being able to communicating effectively.

Role and responsibilities
- Setting up ads in ad servers (e.g. Google CM360) and campaigns in different digital media buying platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Google SA360, Meta Business Manager, Google DV360 and many more).
- Day to day optimizations of bids, keywords, ads, placements, targeting, ad delivery, budget allocation, etc.
- Coordinating direct media bookings with publishers & processing contracts with publishers.
- Setting up dashboards and reports to document campaign effect.
- Assisting with budgeting and invoicing processes of media buys.
- Analyzing cross-channel performance of different campaigns, messaging & ads – and suggest & implement optimizations based on learnings.
- Assist with monthly reporting of the performance of our local offices.
- Ad hoc tasks & conduct larger reviews of how our marketing efforts are doing.
- The maternity cover will ideally run from May 2025 to end of February 2026.
About you
