Responsibilities
Your profile
As an AML Senior Analyst, extensive knowledge of EU AML regulatory frameworks and related legislation is essential. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in other jurisdictions across EMEA and APAC is an added advantage. Holding industry qualifications related to AML or KYC further enhances your expertise in this field. Self-motivation and the ability to work within regulatory standards while maintaining a focus on excellence in customer experience set you apart.
Strong research and analytical skills allow you to approach tasks with a professional and structured mindset. Excelling in working with both clients and internal stakeholders, you demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-moving and fast-changing environment. Your drive and tenacity in reaching goals are evident in your work, and you are a proven team player with the ability to collaborate effectively and engage stakeholders. Additionally, working independently and under pressure showcases your strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions for related projects.

Responsibilities
- Perform client due diligence for the global institutional book of business.
- Ensure completed due diligence is policy-compliant
- Develop relationships with sales organization responsible for the allocated client book to collaborate on onboardings and ODD
- Act as an SME on negative media and PEP reviews, risk assessments and have working knowledge of UK, EU and other EMEA and APAC regulatory requirements
- Identification and assessment of potential non-compliance issues. Provide recommendations and collaborate with the areas involved to resolve and implement improved controls
- Participation in local and global onboarding related projects
- Maintenance of the local procedures and work instructions to ensure alignment with process and regulatory related changes
- Collaborate with the colleagues in other local offices and Head Quarters to align on the best practices and quality delivery
