The position
As a Health & Safety Partner you will have the following responsibilities:
Strategic key deliveries: You set directions and deliver results that significantly impact the business area Tactical implementation support: You influence the ability and opportunity for NNPR to reach the long-term goals on health and safety and communicate progress and status via the EHS report including critical analysis and reporting with relevant frequency Operational excellence: You identify better practices and create improvements in methods, techniques, approaches, etc. together with EHS’ colleagues, HS representatives, mgmt. representatives and stakeholders across NNPR, incl. act as HS subject matter expert for projects within New Product Entry, Product Steering Group, Investment Portfolio Group, and Facility Management. Via your process responsibilities, you will also support a newly established project organisation aimed at handling the increased demand from Novo Nordisk A/S, by establishing a new facility. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have:
A relevant academic degree (at least a bachelor) Full working proficiency in Danish, both orally and written Full working proficiency in English, both orally and written Minimum 5 years’ experience with Health & Safety work, ideally from pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical production or laboratory environment Experience with Danish legislative requirements, ISO 45001 standard, and audits/inspections. Ability to negotiate the right HS solutions while balancing HS response with other business needs. As a person, you will thrive in this role if you have high personal drive and a positive attitude enabling you to pursue key focus areas and achieve results. You are good at communication and training, and you can communicate complex subjects in a simple way. You have a qualitative and analytical mindset with a proactive, structured, and systematic approach to tasks. You will be a part of the Environment Health & Safety department at NNPR with 12 highly engaged, experienced, and qualified professionals, supporters and a student assistant who work diligently to support the entire value chain, from Research & Development to Production and Sales & Marketing. NNPR is a 100% owned subsidiary of Novo Nordisk located in Køge. We are more than 300 people covering the entire value chain from R&D and Business Development to Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales. NNPR is a global and leading manufacturer of pharmaceutical ingredients for the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries. Our purpose is to enable better medicines by providing sustainable pharmaceutical materials through innovative and customized solutions.
