Mechanical Compliance Engineer to ensure compliance in our green hydrogen technology
Would you like to work with product compliance in technical product development? Is your heart beating a bit faster, when you think about the possibility to work with green hydrogen technology and tomorrow's green energy solutions? Are you motivated by working with development and innovation collaboratively? Then you might be the Compliance Engineer we are looking for at Green Hydrogen systems.
Green Hydrogen Systems is ready to take on a position as one of the world’s leaders in developing and producing electrolysis plants that use electricity from renewable energy and water to produce green hydrogen.
We need you in our R&D Support Functions & Processes department to ensure the mechanical compliance of our products. Together with the Compliance team, you will create mechanical compliance recommendations, based on standards like PED, to the R&D team, while ensuring the end-to-end documentation is in place.
Yor role will be to ensure product compliance, this includes; design and solution recommendation based on your experience, design review of mechanical solutions and components, but also documentation review, ensuring we have a complete technical dossier.

Your role is very important to our business, as you daily work will set the foundation for our further development and growth on the global market. In this position your tasks and main deliveries will be to:
- Take responsibility for all our mechanical compliance related tasks and documentation
- Participate in reviews and audits of our electrolysers
- Become an advisor to the organization and product development team when it comes to mechanical compliance
- Review the design, system and all the components used
- Approve the final choice of components in our electrolysers
- Ensure valid documentation through every process and from the entire development team
- Support R&D and the rest of the Green Hydrogen System organization regarding compliance
To be successful in the role, you must have experience with MD, PED, ATEX & LVD. Do you have experience with standards such as ISO 60511, 61508, 13849, 22734 it is considered an advantage. We expect you to have an engineering degree (marine engineer, B.Sc. or M.Sc.) within electronics or mechanics or any similar educational background. You must master Danish and English at a professional level.
