We are seeking an experienced Data Solution Manager with expertise in SAP. The successful candidate will guide business transformation initiatives, ensuring that our systems and processes are aligned with our business goals and our aim of becoming truly data-driven. This role requires a deep understanding of data, a great understanding of business needs/processes, a structured approach, and the ability to think with an end-to-end perspective. Since the area is created recently, the right candidate should enjoy developing an area and helping to elevate the maturity of the business.Who we’re looking forKey Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:Bridge business requirements into scalable solutions Leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities for process improvement and align initiatives with business objectives Participate in strategic business projects and secure value creation over time Provide support to stakeholders/team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence Act as a key liaison between the finance department, IT, and other business units, ensuring effective communication and collaboration Maintain a holistic view of data operations, ensuring all aspects of changes are considered and addressed Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to provide strategic insights and recommendations on data-driven organizations. Qualifications:What you’ll bringQualifications:A master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field A collaborative mindset and flair for working with many stakeholders Significant experience in a mid-senior role of minimum 5 years, ideally with a focus on data solution management especially in SAP Strong understanding of Master Data, preferably all “end-to-end processes” (R2R, O2C, P2P, etc.) Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills using data analysis A data-driven mindset, able to analyze and leverage data for decision-making Good understanding of Data modeling; from KPI to Data model to solution setup.
