For our highly skilled and ambitious Configuration Management team in Lystrup, we are looking for a new colleague who is curious to be a part of our current journey towards excellence. You will be part of a team consisting of 8 colleagues skilled within the Configuration Management and Data Management disciplines.

As part of the Configuration Management department, you will be in dialogue with Developers, Project Managers, Production Technicians and Purchasers on a daily basis to ensure that part and documentation management runs correctly.

Your responsibilities will cover:

  • Performing administrative configuration management work such as:
    • Work in IFS (Terma's ERP system) and ensure that Terma's product data meets Defined configuration requirements
    • Ensure correct creation and revision control of documents and parts in IFS
    • Ensure that changes to documents and parts follow the defined change process
    • Create change orders in IFS

  • Supporting and guiding colleagues on how to configuration manage documents and parts in Terma
  • Ongoing administrative project assistance

In addition, you must apply your knowledge of configuration management in our projects, where you will support the Project Managers in the preparation of the configuration management plan, baseline management as well as change management. From time to time, you will also be involved in projects as a Project Assistant on one or more projects, as a part of the project team, where your contribution will be related to data management in the project.

How to succeed in this position?
You have a relevant educational background, maybe combined with a background as a Technical Assistant or Coordinator in documentation and data management, or within process management. You have a profound interest in Configuration Management and are curious to apply your skills in a complex organization with many stakeholders all depending on our great and steady services.

You have experience with working in ERP systems (preferably IFS or SAP), and maybe even in relation to product development and production. You are familiar with the project management principles, and you have a natural process and project orientation.
You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office, and you speak and write Danish as well as English, as some meetings are held in English, and all documentation is required in English.

  • Are supporting, structured and can coordinate and manage several things at the same time without losing track
