To further strengthen our HR delivery model into a global and scalable HR, we are looking for an HR Systems and Processes Lead to join our passionate and diverse team of HR professionals. The key purpose of your role will be to enable an efficient, robust, and scalable IT landscape and you will take lead on all IT related matters within HR and be the system expert on HR systems functionality.
Working out of our HR Operations team, you will be supporting the full HR Organization and processes related to the full employee lifecycle and employee experience. To succeed in this role, you will also be required to establish a close working relationship with all your HR colleagues in both Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Singapore, and the U.S. as well as our IT, Finance and Business Analytics departments. We are skilled in using virtual meetings, so travel requirements will be limited.
This will be a challenging role that will blend both knowledge of HR process and best practice within digital HR solutions with a clear understanding of the project management discipline, providing ample opportunity for significant professional growth and development.
Role and Responsibility
As HR Systems and Processes Lead, you will be responsible for the driving the overall digitalization strategy of our HR deliverables, including the employee experience related to how our organization utilizes HR services and data. This includes identifying processes with optimization potential, looking towards the use of standard workflows, automation, and robotics to increase our efficiency and scalability. Your input will be part of our overall HR strategy, with a direct link to one or more of our strategic pillars in the overall Terma strategy.
The operational part of your role will be as overall lead on the HR work streams associated with designing and implementing the selected digital HR solutions. This includes securing the optimal utilization of our HR IT landscape and specifying use-cases towards our IT department as well as the operational implementation. You will also secure that proper training is offered and that we always have a fully functioning super user setup on our HR systems.
A key task will also be to design and own the HR Master Data Architecture, including ownership of and access rights to data, as well as defining which systems will be the single data entry point for each main data type to secure trustworthy, high quality HR master data and compliance.
It is a challenging role where you will need to master both local and international solutions and the related change management tasks. This includes the ability to secure proper communication, stakeholder management and collaboration across departments and countries, as a key element in establishing the right solutions and necessary buy-in during the implementation phase.
We work with project management tools to stay on top of our planning, coordination, and execution of our projects, including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues, and dependencies.

We prefer that you have an educational background at Bachelor level or higher, expectedly within IT, HR, or Finance, but more importantly, you have successfully completed several large digitalization projects with an international organization.
You possess a high degree of business acumen, and you can translate business needs into executable projects, making your approach to working with HR IT systems and processes pragmatic yet structured. You get things done and can also balance your efforts between analytical tasks and more hands-on work in a manner that secures continuous progress.

- Create and manage overview of own projects regarding scope, timeline, resources, and deliverables
- Effectively set and communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
- Work with the stakeholders and project team to ensure the delivery of key project milestones on time and within budget and resource
- Stay up to date on developments in the HR IT systems market
