In Oral Finished Products we have one common goal- to timely deliver our products to the patients who need it, so we can make a difference. In this position you will contribute by ensuring our IT systems support the tablet production in the best possible way. Most of our systems are part of the production equipment, and it is our responsibility to ensure internal and external requirements with focus on GMP are followed at all times. As our IT System Manager your main tasks will be to initiate and undertake IT Risk Assessments, IT Qualifications, User Review Report, IT Periodic System Evaluation, Deviations, Change requests and more. Your day-day work consists of coordinating activities with our stakeholders in the production and clarifying which solutions will be possible to do within the system according to the current regulatory requirements. You will work independently in a collaborative team and will have the invaluable support of a mentor from day one who will guide you along the way. Qualifications To succeed in this role: You hold a degree within Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Science, IT or relevant. Preferably you have 2-3 years of, experience in production, process optimisation, and/or IT. The experience can come from fulltime, student jobs, and/or internships. It is an advantage if you have technical flair and are curious for new technologies. You have keen interest to gain knowledge within IT and has a systematic and scientific approach to your work. You speak English fluently, and willingness to learn or speaking Danish will be considered as an advantage. You thrive in a dynamic environment where the priorities often change and where you do not compromise on the quality of your work and the documentation within your scope. You are a team player that enjoys a lot of social interaction. About the department You will be part of the IT & Automation team in the Technical Support department, which is responsible for maintenance & support of IT, facilities, utilities, equipment, and other support related functions. The IT & Automation team’s main tasks are to initiate, drive, and participate in various IT related tasks with the purpose to ensure our production, compliance and future quality and regulatory requirements, and drive the digitalisation strategy for Oral Finished products.
