You will be working in a dynamic Logistics team with 8 other dedicated colleagues in Måløv. OFP logistics department is part of Business Development & Support function where the primary objective is to support OFP in developing and improving the infrastructure within the organisation. This is pursued via responsibilities ranging from business analysis, finance & reporting, EHS, supply chain planning and investment projects.We are constantly growing and we work with a project-like approach, making every day interesting.The position

As SAP process professional, you will be responsible for ensuring high quality master data within operational master data tasks and processes for OFP products. You will work close together with both master data colleagues across the organisation and stakeholders locally in the department ensuring high quality master data processes and maintenance of line of Business (e.g new ressources, multiple items creation, project execution etc.). It is expected that you have interest in understanding the tablet manufacturing processes and being able to combine this knowledge with the needs of having updated and coherent master data across IT systems.
Your contribution will be key for securing a strong foundation of Master data in an ever changing supply chain in order to enable future digitalisation. Your overall objective is to take the lead and driving development and standardisation to higher levels.Your key responsibilities will also include:Establishing and maintaining procedures and processes for continuous master data maintenance in the department Frequently communicating with and supporting the supply chain planners across the department Monitoring the master data quality of the department ensuring continuous improvement Performing ad hoc analysis of master data and development of new standards for Master data. Representing OFP logistics in Master data Steward and ARSU forum
Qualifications
You have experience within Master data management in a supply chain function and are very confident in defining and changing processes around masterdata maintenance in alignment with appropriate stakeholders.You to have a higher education (preferably Master’s Degree) within a relevant discipline e.g. Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or alike, with at least 3 years of supply chain experience. Solid experience within SAP APO and ECC is required and experience in process optimization is an advantage. Strong stakeholder and communication skills As a person you have high energy, a positive mind-set and are open towards other people and new ideas. You thrive in a dynamic environment with many simultaneous tasks and changing priorities, while staying focused on details and managing strict deadlines. You have experience from a production company, great analytical skills, a strategic mind-set and the ability to work independently and in a structured way.You are ambitious with a high level of drive, initiative and persistency.
