The job is anchored in QA for Emerging Technologies and consists of 2 parts. You will be the Area Process Manager for the Deviation Process and coordinator for local audits in Emerging Technologies (ET). The Area Process Manager for the Deviation Process group has the responsibility for heading up the local ET process group and setting the direction for the deviation process, but also to be a Subject Matter Expert that can support both QA’s, stakeholders, and management. You will be ensuring the deviation process is in compliance with regulations, maintaining and performing training and participate actively in the corporate process group. As local audit coordinator you will be coordinating, supporting, and managing the audits in ET in DK in close cooperation with QMS coordinators and Line of Business managers. It entails organizing the audits and ensuring that everything is ready for the when the auditors arrive, which means you must coordinate getting the documentation for the auditors beforehand and running the audit back-office during the audit. Qualifications We seek a colleague who fits our team both professionally and personally. You hold a master's degree in chemical engineering, pharmacy, or another relevant MSc You have +6 years of experience in deviation/CAPA process from a GMP regulated environment. We operate both in a national and international environment, so you must speak and write Danish and English fluently You have experience with audits/inspections Soft skills As an individual, you are open-minded, structured, have an outgoing attitude and have strong communication and collaboration skills with both your colleagues in QA, stakeholders, and managers. You are a role model for others and dare to make tough decisions, and inspire people, but also a team player who inspires trust and respect among colleagues and partners. About the department Emerging Technologies QA is an area with approximately 80 skilled and motivated colleagues. We work with assuring quality and compliance of the facilities, the equipment, QC lab, manufacturing development, as well as the release of tablets for the market.
