Analytical Technology & Innovation (AT&I) is supporting Quality Control in Emerging Technologies. We innovate and build new automated solutions to ensure that our laboratories suit our needs and at the forefront of technology. We are app. 45 highly skilled and motivated employees (laboratory technicians and specialists), organised in 4 teams - and we are still growing. The Position
In the Equipment Team, are 2 Equipment Responsibles and 11 Equipment Technicians all working to ensure all laboratory equipment is confirmed and approved, ready to run relevant analysis. The team is ensuring that our equipment is compliant, stable, and maintained using a data driven approach to be one step ahead on the need for equipment replacement and maintenance You will work with the team and key stakeholders within the department, and in other areas of Novo Nordisk, and your responsibility is: Systematic Problem Solving, Change Requests and Deviation handling Collaborating with the team for new equipment entry to ensure new technologies and equipment is implemented and handed over to GMP production Self-driven in troubleshoot in collaboration with the laboratory technicians in connection with equipment challenges. You will assist in continuously improving our way of working with automation, equipment maintenance and systems Qualifications
The right candidate is experienced in equipment maintenance in a GMP environment, and comfortable with complex problem solving.
To be considered for the role, we expect: A Bachelor degree in Production Engineering or similar technical field Experience with equipment maintenance, preferably analytical lab. equipment such as UPLC/HPLC Knowledge of cLEAN, LEAN and Continuous Improvement Experience in handling Deviations, Change Requests in a GMP regulated area Proactive curiosity towards improving our labs and securing up-to-date way of working with maintenance, data, and system-methods through continuous improvements On a personal level you are structured, pragmatic, good at guiding your colleagues, not afraid to challenge the status quo and you take pride in driving tasks forward and meeting deadlines. We also emphasize that you are a team-player who can support and motivate the people around you as well as work independently.
