The Talent Programme aims to both develop you horizontally (broad) and vertically (in-depth) within pharmaceutical API manufacturing. We’re seeking a diverse background of applicants within Science, Engineering, Biotechnology and Chemistry.
What can we offer you? By joining the programme, you will have a unique opportunity to develop a skillset that prepares you to work and thrive within advanced data analytics, and innovation for future pharmaceutical manufacturing. As a teaser our API Manufacturing Hubs in Biotech City Kalundborg and North Carolina, Clayton, are responsible for manufacturing all well-known insulin products from Novo Nordisk plus cutting-edge innovative GLP-1 products. Our API Manufacturing Hub is a dynamic facility, including several existing, ever-expanding facilities plus several new facilities of the Future, employing state-of-the-art technologies.
Convince me, what is the Manufacturing Talent Programme about?
In general, we seek to continuously improve our existing manufacturing facilities with optimizations related to process, modern technology, advanced data analytics or a combination of all.
