Do you want to be part of the QA team for Emerging Technologies (ET) Quality Control (QC) Laboratories? Novo Nordisk is dedicated to bringing life-changing tablets to the market, and for this purpose we need an experienced QA for QC professional who thrive in a constantly changing environment. About the department ET QA is an well-established department, which has approximately 80 skilled and motivated colleagues all assuring quality and compliance of the facility, the equipment, as well as the quality management system and the QC laboratories. The QA team supports our QC Laboratories in all aspects of compliance. Our mission is to ensure that all products and processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, and to support continuous improvement efforts across the organisation. The job Our continuing high level of audit and inspection readiness is on top on your agenda. This means that in QA we work with QA oversight where you are proactive, together with your colleagues, and will identify areas where our compliance can be strengthened. As a QA for QC you will be servicing our QC laboratories by: Approving the documentation needed for the operation of the laboratories such as change requests, deviations, and SOP’s. Assisting your colleagues in assuring qualification of laboratory equipment and validation of methods for analysis of drug product for the market are compliant with internal and external requirements. Contributing to solutions for ad hoc challenges within compliance of QC laboratories. Qualifications The ideal candidate has comprehensive knowledge within analysis validation, analysis equipment qualification as well as laboratory computerised equipment qualification, and: Holds an academic degree as pharmacist, engineer, chemist or similar. A minimum of 2 years of experience from a pharmaceutical or medical device organisation, Has a strong GMP mindset, and experience from working directly with quality within GMP requirements. Additionally, it is vital that you: Enjoy working in a dynamic environment, where teamwork is at the top of the agenda.
