As a Sustainability Professional at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to:
• Work closely with our sustainability partner to drive the sustainability agenda in the Oral Finished Products (OFP) area.
• Coordinate and participate in activities within multi-disciplinary project groups to ensure energy reduction and contribute to the Circular for Zero initiatives.
• Identify and eliminate energy consumption and promote a circular approach in OFP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and change in environmental practices. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
• An academic degree in Environment, Chemical Engineering, or a related field • Solid experience within energy reduction and sustainability
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to motivate and support individuals at different levels of seniority
• Knowledge of processes within the pharma industry and comfort with new technologies
• The ability to navigate a complex process landscape
• Fluency in Danish and English, both verbal and written
In addition, you should have a passion for sustainability, be a team player, and have strong communication skills. You should also be proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently. OFP is a business area located in two different production buildings which consist of approximately 1000 people. OFP Production & Business Support is a newly established area within OFP Denmark, that consists of approximately 120 people, divided in three departments – Technical Support, Warehouse Support and Business Support. We are establishing a new team “Sustainability & Skills” with focus on setting the direction and executing our strategy within Circular for Zero, Health & Safety and training within OFP DK. We have a Triple Bottom Line ensuring focus on environmental and social responsibility as well as economic. We minimize impact on the environment and have a very ambitious environmental strategy with a “Circular for Zero” ambition.
