We are looking for a Metrology Responsible Scientist to join our Maintenance and Calibration Strategy team at Novo Nordisk. The position As a Metrology Responsible Scientist at Novo Nordisk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our metrology related activities. You will engage with stakeholders, provide technical support for our team members, and set the direction to make sure all needed requirements are met. In this role, you will also be responsible for writing job instructions to effectively guide our team members and and participating in cross-functional project groups and professional collaboration forums.
Your tasks will include the following: Being responsible for the metrology related activities within the department Participating in designing a strategy for metrology for Oral Product Development in collaboration with the team and other areas Maintaining regular dialogue and collaboration with internal stakeholders including own department and relevant stakeholders in Product Supply Emerging Technologies Designing and creating new calibration methods and metrology related job instructions Proactively contributing to current LEAN (cLEAN) activities for continuous improvement
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: A bachelor's, master's, or PhD degree in a technical or chemical field Experience with technical support, writing technical instructions, maintenance, and calibration can be an advantage Candidates with different educational backgrounds but equivalent knowledge gained through relevant practical experience will be considered as well Fluent in both written and spoken English and Danish Good communication and cooperation skills
As a person, you have an agile and flexible mindset, strong problem-solving skills, the ability to find innovative solutions, and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You are accountable, able to work effectively in teams, proactive, and have a strong solution-oriented approach.
