Primagaz is looking for an HSEQ Consultant within engineering or similar background to take on a role as HSEQ Consultant working with a wide variety of tasks and assignments related to safety within Primagaz Scandinavia. You will report to and work closely with the Head of Safety and Quality who will have full responsibility for these activities across the region. The role will act as an advisor within safety and technical optimization projects and support Primagaz Scandinavian in becoming best in class within all safety related matters in Scandinavia.
Duties and Responsibilities
You can be employed either by Primagaz Denmark or Primagaz and based at the Scandinavian head office in Køge, Denmark or at one of our facilities in Sweden (Stenungsund or Karlshamn). It is expected that you travel to our plants in Stenungsund and Karlshamn a regular basis.
As the HSQE Consultant at Primagaz Scandinavian your areas of responsibilities will among others be;

You have min 3 years experience with Safety and/or environmental support and a technical background like engineer
As a person, you are result oriented, proactive, accountable and energetic. You are a person who leads through drive, determination and resilience with energy, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude and behaviour.
You has the ability to be independent, solution oriented and a problem solver. You can be persuasive with excellent communication skills combined with a sound understanding of different stakeholders and decisions that impact the business processes. You are experienced in Excel and have General IT flair and most important you speak and write Swedish fluently, Danish and English on business level.

As the HSQE Consultant at Primagaz Scandinavian your areas of responsibilities will among others be;
- Responsible for collecting and communicating complex matters within safety throughout the entire organisation.
- Work with local governments, understanding and implement regulations/new global business requirement and decrees into rules and guidelines and apply then into the daily operations.
- Be a part of the technical approval process for all pressured equipment used in Primagaz Scandinavia.
- In collaboration with the Filling Plant Managers, make input on technical and safety projects to optimize the daily operations in Denmark and Sweden.
- Enhancing the safety culture together with the Operations Manager and external vendors.
- Participating in audits with Seveso Authorities
- Supporting the organization and Swedish gas association with environmental questions and lead internal audits on or Environmental permit in Karlshamn
- Support local safety committees with updated work instructions and risk assessments
- Responsible for Primagaz Scandinavia Process safety quality system like yearly Process safety review and update the process Safety Management plans.
