Do you have experience with leadership in a training environment? We are looking for a Team lead Training, who wants to support us solve one of the most important global issues of our time – Ensuring a more sustainable future.
Technology & Operations Manufacturing Training
As Team lead Training your primary task is to lead your team of Factory instructors to ensuring training and training standards within the factory in accordance with ISO 9001 and the training manual. You are to provide training advice and management, promoting and coordinating training to ensure training standards are maintained to the priorities of Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost

Technology & Operations Manufacturing Training
As Team lead Training your primary task is to lead your team of Factory instructors to ensuring training and training standards within the factory in accordance with ISO 9001 and the training manual. You are to provide training advice and management, promoting and coordinating training to ensure training standards are maintained to the priorities of Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost
Responsibilities
- Be the factory SME regarding training, and provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to Factory and Process Instructors
- Plan and ensure quality execution of factory training to ensure that the required training (internal or external) is available
- Manage /review documentation to ensure that the training adheres to the standards (e.g., ISO standards) to include training records
- Responsible for supporting production management in maintaining training standards and requirements
- Provide training statics to the Region on factory training
- Support Tech transfer and NPI training requirements
- Ensure Local training records are maintained within the LMS
Qualifications
- You are an advanced-level MS Office user
- You hold team management skills or similar experience from leading workstreams positions
- You have experience with training facilitation, coordination, alignment, and execution
- You are fluent in English and Danish, both written and verbally
- You are responsible and thrive on changes in an organization in motion
Competencies
- A team player and having a "can do" attitude
- A structured way of working and high-quality mindset
- A focused person in a complex, demanding, and a fast-paced environment
- You are able to communicate across all levels to align expectations, engage the organization and create innovative solutions
- You can coordinate project across different cultures, and you are present even though some will be coordinated remotely
- You have stakeholder and communication management skillset to address a complex stakeholder matrix
- You have great IT skills and can quickly understand and read systems and dependencies between systems
