We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our Technology Partner Program team and oversee the implementation, adoption, and future enhancements of Milestone’s Technology Partner Program. This role provides the exciting opportunity to be part of a key strategic project driving the successful implementation of the program that will meaningfully contribute towards achieving Milestone’s commercial and technology objectives.
You will report to the Manager of Technology Partner Program Team, which is part of a centralized, Global Channel organization but will collaborate closely with stakeholders across all departments to ensure the success of our Technology Partner Program.

As the Senior Program Manager for the Technology Partner Program, you will lead the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the program. With the design phase complete, your primary focus will be driving successful execution, managing risks, and leading change initiatives to ensure smooth program adoption.

    You are a dedicated and team-oriented professional who inspires people, delegates ownership, and has a ‘get things done’ approach with a passion for driving collaboration, optimizing processes, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
    These are some of the competences we look for:
  • 5+ years of experience in program management with a proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels and cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Excellent portfolio and project management skills (familiarity with Agile Project Management and working in Empowered Trio teams is a benefit)
  • Experience with managing programs in an international setting is a benefit
  • Advanced experience with CRM & PRM systems (Salesforce and Impartner, respectively)
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Leadership skills and the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Experience with a 2-tier channel sales model and open platform technology solutions is a benefit
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
