In Transportation International you will join a global team of 500 skilled experts, delivering solutions to strengthen vital transport links and establish smart mobility networks. We possess a deep collective expertise across bridge, tunnel and underground structural projects, as well as civil engineering and infrastructure. Our team works on projects of all scales and in markets across the world, from pedestrian foot bridges to underground metro lines. Our services cover the entire lifecycle of a project, from site and feasibility studies to design, construction engineering, operation and maintenance. REALISE YOUR POTENTIAL IN A GLOBAL TEAM OF EXPERTS
In this position, you will join our global team of experts and work closely with the parametric and computational design team and specialists as well as the project managers. Your primary role will be to support our design teams to bridge the gap to meet today´s Infrastructure demands on our digital transformation journey, assisting to the projects on their design challenges to optimise their solutions and the design processes to reduce time spent on tasks that can be automated, you will work closely with the BIM team to build up the necessary scripts in Grasshopper, Dynamo or similar to facilitate the parametrization of the geometry and automate repetitive tasks, as well as innovating solutions to link the FEM applications with the BIM authoring programs.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
- Proactively challenge new projects to optimise the design workflow assisting in the development of design from concept stage through to detailed design
- Work independently on Grasshopper and/or Dynamo to support our projects challenges modelling on Civil 3D, Revit and Tekla on projects and on digital initiatives
- Customise intelligent components to optimise production of the entire Transportation International team.
- Create process maps to facilitate the understanding of the proposed design workflows to optimise a project
- Dynamo/API /Python knowledge for specifying or programming plug ins is an advantage

Furthermore, you should have:
- Diploma, bachelor's or master's degree in BIM Management/Civil Engineering/Mechanical/Computing Technology or similar
- +5 years of experience as Computational Designer, BIM/Digital Engineer in large multidisciplinary infrastructure projects
- Solid experience within Grasshopper or Dynamo
- Familiarity with most common FEM analysis applications and BIM design applications to bridge the interoperability with different tools
- Experience within Tekla, Revit and Civil 3D will be an advantage
- Experience within Forge and API knowledge will be an advantage
- Certification within ISO 19650 / BS-PAS 1192 will be an advantage
- Knowledge of one of the Scandinavian languages will an advantage
