Global Medical Affairs Lead
Can You successfullY lead the development and implementation of regional and global medical affairs strategies and plans?

Y-mAbs is a fast-paced, growing companY in the process of expanding its organization to support the continuous growth and the exciting clinical pipeline with activities in both earlY and late-stage clinical development.
As Global Medical Affairs Lead at Y-mAbs You will drive the successful development and implementation of regional and global medical affairs strategies and plans, and serve as a bridge between R&D and local medical affairs and commercial activities. You will be responsible for tasks related to insight generation, evidence generation, data dissemination, scientific exchange, product and disease area training, compassionate use programs, market access initiatives, and collaboration with commercial and alliance partners.
You will report directlY to the SVP, Chief Medical Officer.
Your main tasks are:

Support Commercial team, market access expansion and alliance partners.
Expanded access programs / compassionate use.
You have a Master’s Degree, preferablein medicine or equivalent, combined with solid medical affairs experience in oncologY or rare diseases.
Your qualifications include solidpharma/biotech industrY experience spanning clinical development, medical affairs, and product launch. You have a demonstrated abilitY of strategic thinking, project management and good stakeholder management, and show effectiveness in the development and execution of medical strategY.
Further, You have excellent communication and leadership skills and a a strong teamwork mindset and are comfortable in working in cross-functional teams of Medical, Commercial, Market Access, Scientific Communication, Clinical Development, Medical Information, PV/SafetY, RegulatorY and Clinical Operations.
You are a person with a can-do attitude and a positive and proactive approach. You have the abilitY to work independentlY, with multiple tasks, and under ambitious timelines, and You effectivelY communicate written and verbal scientific data.

You will be responsible for tasks related to insight generation, evidence generation, data dissemination, scientific exchange, product and disease area training, compassionate use programs, market access initiatives, and collaboration with commercial and alliance partners.
You will report directlY to the SVP, Chief Medical Officer.
Your main tasks are:
Scientific engagement & KOL partnerships:
- ActivelY network with external experts, developing advocacY through credible scientific discussions
- Support local medical teams in external engagement and develop trusted scientific partnerships with the external experts
- Establish regional / international KOL AdvisorY Boards and relationships with external experts to gain insights
- Coordinate the sharing of local medical insights with relevant cross-functional teams in Y-mAbs
Data dissemination:
- Ensure timelY evaluation and communication of new clinical data from R&D programs (or competitor data) to inform local Medical Affairs teams, and to shape local differentiation and access strategies
- Support R&D Medical Directors in the interpretation and translation of clinical evidence from clinical trials into appropriate scientific communications or narratives for the Medical Affairs teams
- In partnership with Scientific Communications, to have oversight of all scientific congress activities relevant to Y-mAbs’ products and interests
Training:
- Support the deliverY of product and scientific training of local medical teams, commercial teams and alliance partners in collaboration with local medical affairs where needed
Evidence generation:
- Oversight of the review and approval of Investigator-Sponsored Studies (ISS) proposals. This maY involve engaging with the local Medical Affairs team and discussing studies with the investigators.
- Provide input into the design of Phase IIIB/IV studies and other Real World Evidence programs, both for Y-mAbs and potentiallY for alliance partners as required
Support Commercial team, market access expansion and alliance partners.
