JOIN OUR GLOBAL TALENT ACQUISITION TEAM IN LYNGBY

The Global Talent Acquisition Team is a part of COWI People and Communication, where we are more than 130 skilled HR and communication specialists across the globe.

Our Global Talent Acquisition Team consists of more than 25 dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialists sitting in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, United Kingdom, North America, Lithuania and India. From here we support the business managers recruiting the best talents for COWI.

You will be working with competent colleagues and you will be reporting to the Executive Search Manager in Global Talent Acquisition. It is important that we enjoy and ensure that the right governance is in place and a high quality in process. The job will be based out of our Lyngby office.

STRONG EXECUTIVE SEARCH EXPERIENCE

We are looking for Executive Search Partners to join our team in Denmark and work closely with different stakeholders, including managers at all levels, to ensure smooth recruitment process– all in collaboration with colleagues from across COWI.

You will also work closely together with both Talent Acquisition Partners and with your Executive Search Partner colleagues across Scandinavia and India. You will – together with them – ensure cross boarder collaboration and synergies.

On a day-to-day basis, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading our sourcing strategy and being a trusted advisor to the Hiring Managers on business-critical positions.
  • Recruitment process A-Z of business-critical positions that requires proactive outreach and search.
  • Establishing proactive out-reach activities and build relations with passive candidates for future recruitment needs.
  • Collaborating with your Talent Acquisition Partner colleagues to define, drive talent pipelines and run selected manning projects.
  • Ensuring framework agreements with local external recruitment vendors and keeping the track of the usage

To succeed in this position, we believe that you are self-driven, proactive, determined, passionate and an engaging personality. You understand the importance of a high-quality service and deliver high performance.

You have a degree in Engineering, Human Resources, psychology or related disciplines and minimum 5 years of experience with solid skills with search, talent acquisition and talent attraction. Preferably experience with searching and recruiting construction and engineering profiles.

Furthermore, you'll have:

  • Extensive experience within search, talent mapping, outreach activities and building pipelines of potential candidates.
  • A clear business understanding and a commercial mind-set.
  • The ability to adjust to changing priorities, successfully navigate ambiguity and ability to work with a variety of personalities in different cultures.
  • Fluency in Danish and English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to influence and develop strong relationships.
