As Mobility Administrator in COWI, you will take an active part in providing services within mobility to our internal clients in COWI Group. As a member of the Mobility team in Denmark, you will be working independently and constantly pursuing to optimise and improve current practices in the Group HR function.
The position is a maternity cover of 18 months.
You will be part of COWI's Labour Relations and Mobility team in the Group HR function, People & Communication located in Lyngby. As Mobility Administrator, you will become part of a team servicing the business with employment related advisory and global mobility services. You will support our team and internal customers.
The team is a high-performance team with strong skills and a professional mindset consisting of ten colleagues.
YOU ARE SERVICE-MINDED AND MAINTAIN OVERVIEW
Preferably you have experience with immigration to Denmark for companies and you are ready to catch the challenges that an everyday with multiple international stakeholders brings at you.

Preferably you have experience with immigration to Denmark for companies and you are ready to catch the challenges that an everyday with multiple international stakeholders brings at you.
As mobility administrator your everyday tasks will among others include:
- Handling immigration cases within our fast track setup
- Supporting the team with admin tasks
- Maintenance of mobility-portal sites
- Maintenance of overviews of posted workers
- Maintain and improve policies and guidelines
In order for you to be successful in this role:
- Have minimum of 6 months of experience working as an administrative consultant from a similar position in a large consulting firm.
- Have hands-on experience with admin-work tasks and an interest in working with mobility
- Have an understanding of maintaining company policies and guidelines
- Has experience or interest in acting as project manager of projects related to the admin area
- You take responsibility for your own tasks and projects
- You are fluent in Danish and English both orally and in writing.
