SUPPORT OUR WIND ENERGY AND RENEWABLES DEPARTMENT IN LYNGBY

The Wind Energy and Renewables organization consist of 125 dedicated colleagues working from Denmark, Germany, Norway and Taiwan, while collaborating closely with energy and marine colleagues in the United Kingdom and North America. You will join a dynamic, international team that delivers offshore wind energy solutions and offers full lifecycle services to our customers. We have a track record in making wind energy solutions possible even under the most demanding conditions. Our offshore wind organisation consists of dedicated specialists and project managers, covering all main design services. Owing to increased workload and development within our department, the department is rapidly growing, and we now seek to recruit a talented, business-oriented department coordinator to successfully ensure optimal support to the department in close cooperation with the PA to the Vice President.

A POSITION THAT WILL PUSH YOUR DEVELOPMENT FURTHER

As a Department Coordinator your primary role will be to support the PA and the department management with a wide range of administrative assignments, including receiving new employees, keeping track of seating (facility management) and IT equipment, maintenance of CVs, keeping track of anniversaries and birthdays as well assistance with celebration of anniversaries, checking timesheets and department expenses, arranging business trips, booking couriers, handling packages, incoming magazines, breakfast list and solving ad-hoc practical issues in general. Further, the role includes project administration (document control plans, invoicing, etc.) as well as assistance and coordination at exhibitions and ad-hoc proposal assistance.

You will have the chance to build a large network within the company to other PAs and Department Coordinators, our market organization and to our business support functions.

Furthermore, you should:
• Have a couple of years in similar position, with an interest in and preferably experience from working within a technical environment
• Hold a degree in relevant field within office administration or similar
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish
• Be flexible, enthusiastic, confident, outgoing, well organized and enjoy multitasking and having a versatile everyday
• Have high energy, comfortable working in an international environment, communicating in English
• Be structured and detail oriented, good at prioritizing and always meet deadlines
• Be cooperative and good at building relations
