EXTEND YOUR POTENTIAL IN A GLOBAL TEAM OF EXPERTS
As Senior Digital Channels Specialist, you will work together with eight web and SoMe editors based in our core markets and lead the overall maintenance and development of our digital presence. You will be part of our Group Communication team, comprised of 30 talented and ambitious junior and senior communication specialists within PR, public affairs, corporate and internal communication, events, video and graphic design and branding.

KEY TASKS
Your key tasks will include:
- Developing and delivering on digital channel strategy to support our business goals and secure synergies across platforms
- Managing online advertising and collaboration with vendors and agencies
- Collaborating with editors and optimise content flows, governance and collaboration across business lines
- Collaborating with our Digital Platforms Team based in Vilnius, Lithuania, which handles technical support and development of our websites, including content upload
- Developing campaigns and content for web and social media channels in collaboration with teammates and colleagues in the business
- Boost employee advocacy efforts including training of leaders and key spokespersons
- Set and report on targets.

Furthermore, you should:
- Have 8-10 years of experience as digital channels specialist, preferably including a similar role in an international company or organisation.
- Have hands-on experience with planning and execution of digital campaigns, including working in LinkedIn and meta campaign managers.
- Be a natural creative content developer.
- Have experience with employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Be service-minded by default and take a-z responsibility for your tasks.
- Have experience with management of platforms such as sitecore, umbraco, falcon, sociuu, and ontame – and/or similar.
- Be structured and great at planning and prioritising.
- Be fluent in English (speaking and writing). Danish language skills are an advantage.
