In this position, you will join our team of experts and work closely with Head of Labour Relations and Mobility, Sofie Jensen. As a student assistant, you will assist with administration and support the review of current and new employee benefits for COWI A/S. You will learn about trends within employee benefits, have the responsibility for your own tasks and manage large budgets.
On a day-to-day basis, you will do:

As a student assistant, you will assist with administration and support the review of current and new employee benefits for COWI A/S. You will learn about trends within employee benefits, have the responsibility for your own tasks and manage large budgets.
On a day-to-day basis, you will do:
- Support COWI's strategy to enhance the employee experience
- Day-to-day administration on Compensation and Benefits
- Manage the seamless administration of staff benefits like newspapers, magazines, flu vaccines, DSB train cards and gifts/presents,
- Assist & manage staff association budgets, annual reporting and approvals
- Handle insurance certificates
- Support any change and communication activities when benefits are reviewed and/or changed
- Create an easy-to-use portal site for employees to access benefits
YOUR SKILLS. OUR TEAM. TOGETHER, WE DESIGN THE FUTURE
To succeed in this position, we believe that you are service-minded and you are curious to learn more about how we support our business.
Furthermore, you should have the following:
- Be enrolled in higher education within HR, Finance or Business Administration
- You are just to begin your master's or have at least one-two years left
- Be proactive and take responsibility for your own tasks
- If you have experience working in excel that is a plus
- Fluent in Danish and English verbally and written
- Possibility to work from home
